Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tutti Learni mobile application (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. All payments are handled by the respective app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
3. User-Generated Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). This includes the prompts you submit to generate learning paths and the ratings you provide for those paths.
You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You agree that any content you provide will not be unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on any third party's rights.
4. Fair Use Policy
Applies to: Unlimited Subscription Tier
The "Unlimited" subscription plan is for individual, personal use. It is subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent abuse and ensure service stability for all users. You may not use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the service, use the service for commercial purposes, or engage in activities that intentionally strain our systems.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or account termination in clear cases of abuse.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tutti Learni. The learning paths generated by the AI are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service generates links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tutti Learni. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Tutti Learni shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
